REUNIR is a forward-looking project that aims to future-proof the EU's security, enlargement, and Eastern neighbourhood policies in response to the shifting geopolitical landscape, especially after the 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Coordinated by the Centre for European Policy Studies, this EU-funded initiative brings together 12 partners across Europe to assess threats to the resilience of EU candidate countries, identify capability gaps, and map perceptions within the EU. By employing a foresight approach, REUNIR seeks to provide evidence-based policy recommendations that will help guide the EU towards a more secure and resilient future in international relations.
