InvigoratEU is a comprehensive project focused on strengthening the EU's enlargement and neighbourhood policies to enhance Europe's resilience in a rapidly changing geopolitical landscape. The project aims to reform the EU’s enlargement strategy, respond to external geopolitical pressures in the Eastern Neighbourhood and Western Balkans, and rebuild the EU’s foreign policy arsenal to address new military threats. It will develop evidence-based policy recommendations through extensive research, public opinion surveys, and scenario analysis. Additionally, InvigoratEU will engage stakeholders, including young professionals and civil society, to co-design actionable strategies. The consortium includes diverse partners from across Europe, with a significant representation from Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans.
