GEO-POWER-EU Consortium Partner University of the Peloponnese (UoP) Hosted Lecture by EU Ambassador Vassilis Maragos

As part of the GEO-POWER-EU project, the University of the Peloponnese (UoP) hosted a high-level lecture by H.E. Vassilis Maragos, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Head of the European Union Delegation to Armenia, on 5 June 2025 at the Department of Political Science and International Relations in Corinth. The event was organised and moderated by Professor Panagiota Manoli.

The lecture, titled “The EU’s policy in the Eastern European Neighbourhood and the Deepening of EU-Armenia Relations,” explored the European Union’s evolving approach toward its Eastern European neighbourhood and addressed recent developments in its partnership with Armenia. The lecture was held as part of the course “Political and Economic Relations in the Black Sea and the Caucasus.”
