Dr. Tena Prelec, Professor at the University of Rijeka and GEO-POWER-EU Researcher, Participated in ISA 2025 and U.S. Tour 

In March 2025, Dr. Tena Prelec of CAS SEE, University of Rijeka, and a researcher of the GEO-POWER-EU, completed a U.S. tour during which she presented her new book, Indulging Kleptocracy and participated in the International Studies Association (ISA) Convention.

At the ISA Convention, Dr. Prelec actively engaged with researchers and policymakers from Geo-Power-EU sister projects, contributing to timely and intense discussions on EU enlargement in the current turbulent geopolitical landscape.
